Using Olivin Winkler-Hermaden’s red wine, grown in volcanic earth. The boozy chocolate ganache filling is created from dark chocolate and a vegan white rice couverture, enhanced with vanilla, enrobed in 70% dark chocolate, and entirely vegan.
